Okay, folks,
Bingo and Frankie get the home page
till they are ADOPTED or find a
foster home! We're telling it like
it is. These two great dogs have
been waiting for a WHOLE YEAR to
find their Forever Family. For most
of that time they've resided at a
pet hotel because there are no
available foster homes. At this
point they believe it's their home
and that's pretty darn sad. Yes, we
still have many wonderful and
deserving purebred Bassets and we
invite you to check them out and
adopt, as always. But take a look at
these handsome fellows. Frankie and
Bingo may not be ALL Basset--but a
Basset was partially responsible for
them being in this world. Tell your
friends, neighbors, relatives--even
total strangers--about them. See

for Adoption page. These
young boys have all the great
qualities of the Basset breed we
know and love---plus the energy,
trainability, and work ethic of
their other half. Yes, these boys
want and need a job! Full time
companion, walking buddy, potential
herding chores,
entertainer/comedian, slipper
retriever, newspaper delivery boy,
staunch defender, true friend--they
are up for the job. They've been
together most of their time in
rescue, but can be adopted
separately. Some people feel that
mixes are ultimately the best
dogs--so let's find a couple of
those folks for these deserving
